Functional Return to Work

Functional Return to Work focuses on safely reintegrating individuals back into the workplace following injury, illness, or disability. This service assesses a person’s current functional abilities, identifies job demands, and develops a structured, goal-driven plan to support a successful and sustainable return. At Success Occupational Therapy, we collaborate with employees, employers, and medical teams to design graded return-to-work programmes that enhance recovery, minimise re-injury risks, and promote long-term productivity and well-being.
